8. Miscellaneous

8.1 No Transfer of Rights: These Terms and Conditions and any rights or obligations herein are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other party.

8.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement regarding your participation in the Airdrop Promotion and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

8.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
